Quantum Nutrition Testing; Watermelon Lemonade
Health Tip:
If you go in for a chiropractic adjustment for a pain you are having and you feel much better after that’s not too unusual. The pain may start to come back some as the days go by between appointments. That also is common. If, however, you get adjusted and feel better for an hour or two OR LESS and it feels like nothing was done…you don’t have a chiropractic problem! You have a NUTRITION problem! Trying to fix a nutrition problem with chiropractic adjustments is like trying to nail jello to the wall! Fix the underlying nutrition issue and either the adjustment will hold or you won’t need the adjustment at all!

Quantum Nutrition Testing
In the journey to regaining health, many of my patients utilize nutrition testing. I use a form of muscle testing to help determine what the body itself is needing. This is very different from our western model.
While the nutrition technique I now use is my own, it is rooted in Nutrition Response Testing. Both of these techniques utilize kinesiology and muscle testing but my technique also uses quantum physics. Because of this, I can more accurately call it Quantum Nutrition Testing. My focus and goal remain the same: finding what the body needs to get one step closer to healthy and not forcing it to do something. We want to work WITH the body and not against it.
Because of the quantum physics component of this testing, distance is not an issue. Patients can be tested virtually and still get the same results as patients in the office. This came in super-handy when Covid hit in 2020. I had already started doing some of my visits virtually but it became a vital part of my patient’s health care when they were on lock-down. I like to call it “wireless muscle testing.” We most often do appointment on a video chat or phone call but in a pinch we can do “distance by permission” which is when, for some reason, a patient cannot be on the line with me at the time of the appointment. They will send an update which I use to help me with testing just like if I had spoken with them and then send them what I found and the changes I am recommending to their nutrition program.
So, you may be wondering how all this works. While I may not be able to explain everything about quantum physics, I can give you some thoughts on things I do know.
First, quantum physics has shown that everything is energy. Our body is electric and there have been advances and discoveries in the ideas around Frequency Medicine. Everything I do with muscle testing is using energy and frequencies and I am checking for energy imbalances. I’ve even realized that the Activator Instrument I use for adjustments is utilizing frequency. The Activator researched to find the optimal resonant frequency that would result in optimal response in the human body. Yep, that’s frequency medicine!
Let me back up a little bit though for all my “need more info” folks…
Our body has systems. Some we are very familiar with. We can see our skin. We know we have a skeletal system, and organs. We have blood that is carried in veins and arteries. We have a brain and central nervous system. We have peripheral nerves. We have a lymphatic system that carries lymph fluid and acts as a transport for white blood cells and toxin removal. Less known, but still scientifically proven, we have a meridian system. This is an energetic system that connects every part of the body. The dictionary says that meridians are any of the channels through which vital energy is believed to circulate around the body. Science has shown that our bodies have micro-currents. These micro-currents are likely conducted by the meridian system, myelin sheaths, intra and extra-cellular fluids, and even a colloid gel matrix in the body. If the micro-currents are not working properly wounds do not heal correctly. These micro-currents are utilized with electronic bone growth stimulators for fracture healing. How cool is that?! Everything in the body is connected. All of the above systems that we cannot easily see with our own eyes had to be discovered. Do we know everything about our bodies yet? (Likely not)
Science Defined: The observation, identification, description, experimental investigation, and theoretical explanation of phenomena.
Science is human attempt to explain the world that God created. Remember that God is infinitely more than our minds can know or comprehend.
Our ‘medical knowledge’ has grown and evolved as what we thought or assumed to be true was found to be inaccurate. I say inaccurate instead of false because we simply don’t have all knowledge and are doing the best we can with the knowledge we do have. It was once believed that bloodletting was the way to cure people. Medical doctors at first refused to believe in the existence of something too small to see that, under the right circumstances, could kill: germs. Cigarettes were promoted by medical doctors as healthy. Drugs were deemed safe that caused harm. The appendix was said to be a left over organ (it’s actually part of your immune system). Skull bones were thought to not move at all when it is now known there are blood vessels and nerves in the sutures (where the bones meet) which means there is some space and therefore, motion. We are doing the best we can with our knowledge. God has given us a spirit of curiosity about His creation. I believe he delights in us learning about what He has made. Have you watched the eyes of a child light up when they discover something for the first time?! (I do not mean to say He delights in all the ways we have used to learn about His creation).
Simply not understanding how something works is not justification by itself to deem it as not true. A few examples: I do not truly understand electricity. To someone who has never seen a flashlight it may appear to be magic! Bring in the whole wireless cellphones and data flying through the air thing and it IS magic! Except science can explain this now so we do not consider it magic. (Even if I don’t get it!). I also don’t know how my car engine works but I still choose to use it and find blessings in what it allows me to accomplish. I do the same with electricity and my electronic devices.
Just because I can’t explain Quantum Physics, doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. Science hasn’t caught up completely. We see healing miracles every day and it is truly exciting to be a part of!
Recipe of the Month:
Watermelon Lemonade
This is more of a general guideline than an actual recipe. I had a VERY ripe watermelon and needed to consume it very quickly. This was my favorite way to do that and I hope you like it, too! We still have some watermelons out there so try it and let me know what you think!
Using a personal cup blender (full size blender will work):
1. Fill the blender cup with watermelon, including any juice. Feel free to press down to get as much fruit in there as possible.
2. Add a sprinkle of sea salt. Not a whole lot is needed but it actually helps enhance sweetness and gives you a few more electrolytes. This also makes it a great electrolyte drink!
3. Add a good splash of real lemon juice or juice your own lemons.
4. Taste test and see if you need to add more lemon.
5. Enjoy!
